1. Perishable Goods (Ready Meals, Bread, Deli Produce)
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected or prepared.
- Collections: Please inspect your items at the Deli counter. Once fresh goods have left our premises, we cannot offer a refund unless the product is faulty or unfit for consumption.
- Non-Collection: As meals and breads are prepared specifically for your chosen date, uncollected items are non-refundable.
2. Online Shop Retail Goods (Equipment, Pantry, Merchandise)
For non-perishable items purchased through our online shop, you have a statutory right to change your mind.
- The 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
- Condition of Return: Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished (e.g., opened seals or damaged boxes).
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
3. Cook School Bookings
Refunds for Cook School classes are governed by our Cancellation Policy (see full Terms & Conditions):
- 14+ Days Notice: Full refund available.
- Under 14 Days: Credits or partial refunds as per our sliding scale.
- Under 7 Days: No refunds are issued, but you may send a substitute guest in your place.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If any item—whether retail or food—arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt/collection at hello@stockskitchen.co.uk.
- Please include your order number and clear photographs of the fault.
- For faulty retail goods, we will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.
5. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
6. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note it can take 5–10 working days for banks to show the credit in your account.
