1. Delivery of Online Shop Goods (Non-Perishables)

We ship our retail pantry items, kitchenware, and gift vouchers across the UK.

  • Processing Time: Orders for shippable goods are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer shipping options via our partner couriers.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • Restrictions: We currently only ship within the UK. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

2. Click & Collect (Ready Meals & Fresh Deli Items)

To ensure maximum freshness, our Ready Meals and fresh bakery items are not available for shipping and must be collected from our shop.

  • Collection Days: Wednesday and Saturday only.
  • Order Deadlines:
    • For Wednesday collection: Order by Sunday 11:59 PM.
    • For Saturday collection: Order by Wednesday 11:59 PM.
  • Collection Point: Stocks Kitchen, Bowhouse, St Monans, KY10 2FB. Please have your order confirmation number ready.
  • Missed Collections: Because these items are perishable and prepared to order, we cannot hold them past your designated collection day. Uncollected items are non-refundable.

3. Gift Vouchers

  • Digital Vouchers: Sent via email immediately upon purchase. 

4. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Retail Goods: If your shipped item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at hello@stockskitchen.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

Collections: Please check your order at the Deli counter before leaving. We cannot take responsibility for fresh items once they have left our premises.
